The Process

The intake process is an opportunity for us to identify the best ways to support your child. We start with a playful screening session for your child. Parents will fill out a questionnaire detailing their child’s development, from milestones to social skills and motor abilities. Then, parents and therapists will work together to review the questionnaire and identify any areas that might need extra support.

Here’s the best part: your child will experience this screening as pure fun! During the screening process, the therapist will observe various aspects like speech, language processing, independent play skills, and compare them to standard developmental markers. This creates a comprehensive picture of your child’s strengths and areas for growth. Finally, the therapist will discuss the findings and tailor a treatment plan specifically for your child’s needs.
